Booking and reservations
Reservations are between the Arch and the person named on the reservation, they are not transferable to any other person. This means that the named person must stay in the Arch for the duration of the reservation and is ultimately responsible for all occupants and visitors. Rooms are allotted at the discretion of management who reserve the right to alter if necessary or cancel a reservation, booking or tenancy at any time.
Management reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
Management reserves the right to cancel reservations within 24 hours after receipt without giving reasons
Alterations can be made subject to availability and may require a change of allotted room. Management reserve the right to cancel a reservation If the alteration reduces the reservation to below minimum stay requirements and cancellation penalties will apply. Alterations to the number of guests require management approval.
No refund will be made should guests alter or leave for any reason before their reserved departure date.
Accuracy of information
Every effort is made to maintain the accuracy of this website. However we cannot be responsible for periodic errors and omissions.
Behaviour & Conduct:
Reasonable behaviour is expected at all times, unreasonable behaviour will not be tolerated. Management reserve the right to cancel tenancy at any time if any person or group, who in the opinion of Management behave in an objectionable manner or contravene the Arch’s terms and conditions and there will be no refund of fees paid.
Management will charge additional costs for damages and/or additional cleaning required.
In case of disputes, jurisdiction is the place of business of the Arch Hotel.
