The drinks are always flowing at our Marble Arch restaurant Hunter 486, and we’re ready to entertain our guests – whether they’re staying the night or just popping in for lunch. But sometimes, it pays to be good to yourself.
Inspired by botanical culinary arts, we’re introducing two custom menu items that are not just absolutely delicious – they’re good for you too. The two course menu at Hunter 486 restaurant in Marble Arch features fresh seasonal ingredients and speciality non-alcoholic cocktails from Seedlip. Yes, we said non-alcoholic.
This isn’t just your standard mocktail. Seedlip have mastered the art of botanical distillation, inspired by herbal remedies from the 17th century. Their Spice 94 features oak, cascarilla bark, cardamom, all spice, lemon and grapefruit extracts. Best of all there is no added sugar or sweetener, making for both a healthy and refreshing non-alcoholic choice. We’re happy for our Marble Arch restaurant to be in good company with the world’s best venues stocking Seedlip, including The Fat Duck in Berkshire and The French Laundry in California.
